To submit a support request, you simply go to http://tech2000.freshdesk.com and either login by clicking on the "Login" button at the top right of the screen, or press the “New Support Ticket” button.

simply press the "New Support Ticket" link above.


Once you are presented with the Submit a ticket window, simply fill out the information and press the “Submit” button to complete your support request.


Once we receive the Support request on our end, a team member will be assigned to your request, and carry out the relevant steps to assist you.
